Gospel Total Body Workout!
For
multiple day events, this early morning 60 minute workout is a
crowd pleasing must! The workout includes a combination of funky
dance and cardio kick box moves mixed in with incredible body
sculpting routines and pilates based core mat work. The music
is what makes this workout so spectacular, whipped with a mixture
of funky inspirational, R&B, dance and house grooves. The
routines are adjusted for all levels to insure that everyone has
a good time!

This
20 to 30 minute interactive workshop is an informative fun time
to hear about the importance of making fitness a part of one’s
lifestyle. We discuss the whys and hows of combining both aerobic
and weight resistance routines for a completely healthy fitness
regiment and a younger appearance. It’s also an interactive
opportunity for participants to learn the latest dance moves to
incredible spiritual club remix dance music by artists like Yolanda
Adams, Donnie McClurkin, Heather Headly, Anne Nesby and others,
and understand how these moves exercise various body parts. The
personal trainer segment targets the audience’s requests
for particular muscle groups. The workshop focuses on how to make
life’s daily routines fitness opportunities for a new lease
on life! We touch on some common sense nutrition hints to keep
the body healthy and the heart strong!
